She can be found reading between the lines of a client email that everyone else marked as fine, designing the touchpoint that reaches someone at exactly the right moment without feeling manufactured, and noticing the silence that signals something has shifted before anyone has said it out loud. She loves the client who says they felt seen. She considers that the real deliverable.
Sade brings expertise in client success strategy, relationship architecture, and retention across professional services and advisory. She has built health scoring systems that identify relationship drift before it becomes attrition, designed client touchpoint frameworks that create consistent experiences rather than occasional ones, and developed the proactive relationship management infrastructure that runs Mexzungu Group's client success function. She does not wait for a client to say they are unhappy. By the time that happens, something has already failed.
